Therapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage is a versatile treatment involving the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress; and, to promote health and wellbeing. Therapeutic massage will improve functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems.

Using a variety of different techniques including those of quiro massage, lymphatic drainage and Reiki, I have developed a full body routine that can be envigorating or relaxing, that will enhance health and wellness of mind and body.
